Queen Sarah-"Boosting My Confidence"

To celebrate International Women's Day, I wanted to share Queen S's beautiful photos. She is one of my repeat clients, and both sessions with her have been amazing, we always have such a great time together! I think there's something important to be said about the confidence to do a second boudoir shoot. As you already know, boudoir can be a nerve-racking experience, and often Queens start off the session with nervous butterflies. Being able to step out of your comfort zone not only once but twice is so empowering and inspirational! International Women's Day is the celebration of women and of all the amazing things we accomplish in life, so this year make sure to give yourself loads of love and show yourself the appreciation you so deserve. ❤️

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Quinn compare to your prior experience?

Yes, In January 2019 in Fernie. Both experiences were amazing. Hard to compare the two really.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

Needed another confidence boost, I was feeling pretty shitty about myself

What was your favourite part of the session?

Having ‘me’ time haha

What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story.

I have always hated my body. After having 5 kids, I kind of hated it more. However, I have come to accept that I am not perfect-nobody is. There are days were I still hate myself but on those days I look at my pictures to give myself a boost.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

Wasn’t sure what to expect, I was a bit nervous but once we got going I was fine. Quinn made me feel comfortable, even in the uncomfortable poses lol

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

Seeing my pictures at the ordering appointment. Quinn is seriously amazing at what she does.
