Queen Alisha-"Newfound Confidence"

Gaining the courage to book a boudoir session is one thing, but actually putting yourself in front of the camera takes an abundance of bravery. I'm no stranger to encountering a nervous Queen in my line of work! I've learned that creating a comfortable and welcoming environment can go a long way and help guide a Queen on her successful path to self-love, much like the beautiful Queen A!

-Quinn xx

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Quinn compare to your prior experience? I hadn't done one before, I was actually extremely nervous about it, if I'm being honest. I always think I'm super awkward in front of a camera and was afraid I'd ruin it, but Quinn was super amazing to work with, and I got comfortable almost immediately. That definitely reflects in the photos for sure.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot? Confidence building - It's such a cliche, but I've always had a hard time with the way that I look until more recently, and especially how I've looked in photos. I wanted to change that; hopefully, moving forward, I can keep some of the posing tips in mind for when I'm being photographed because I'm tired of being disappointed when I look at photos of myself!

What was your favourite part of the session? It was all incredible, but honestly, my favourite part was how well we seemed to connect with each other. It made the whole experience that much more enjoyable, in my opinion, and it just felt very normal and natural!

What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story. Honestly wonndeerrrss! I see myself in such a different light now, and it's wild because I wasn't expecting it to boost my confidence to the point it has, and before I had even received the prints, I was riding this high just from going over the photos. I honestly don't even have the words to describe it, it's not arrogance, it's not superficial confidence, It's the feeling that came purely on how those photos came out. I felt an internal shift, I feel genuinely more confident in who I am as a person as well.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different? It wasn't, but in the best way; I didn't expect to get as comfortable as I did; it was definitely pleasant, not what I expected.

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything? The best part, hands down, was the overall vibe of the shoot. Quinn was amazing not only in directing and patience but also in her overall energy and conversation, and it really made the whole experience wonderful.

Is there anything extra you would like to tell us? Please keep doing what you're doing; it's inspirational, motivational, empowering, and wonderful! I feel blessed to have come across your page and so grateful I took the plunge!
